Shipping Policy
 

• All orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

• Any item on the website that does not list sizes is out of stock, please do not try to order these items.

• All orders ship via UPS, so please provide your physical address.  UPS DOES NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.

• Additional shipping charges, up to $50.00, may apply to 2nd Day and Overnight orders to the West Coast.

• If you select the diploma frame shipping method without purchasing a frame, you will be charged for shipping.

• If we are out of stock in an item ordered, we will attempt to contact you by phone and/or email.

• If we are unable to contact you, all in stock items will be shipped.

• Backorders will be processed on a first-in, first-out basis.

• Subsequent shipments of backorders after the original shipment will not incur any additional charges.

       Merchandise for all online orders is taken directly from our store and is subject to walk-in traffic. We make every
       effort to keep the online merchandise up-to-date, but during intense demand periods, such as home football and
       basketball games, out of stock items or sizes may not be pulled off the site in time. Please be advised that we
       frequently try to update our website to reflect the items we have in stock and available. We apologize in
       advance if your order gets backordered or cancelled.
